Not all that glitters is gold
Revenue means nothing without profit. Focus on the latter.
I just killed a product that made $1,788 MRR at its peak.
Today its down to $700.
It was a video editing service for realtors.
Looked good on paper. But between:
- Paying editors
- Software
- MarketingThe profit wasn't there.
