ScrapingBee has been acquired
ScrapingBee is a web scraping API that handles headless browsers, rotates proxies for you, and offers AI-powered data extraction.
Pierre and Kevin launched ScrapingBee back in 2019 and have since then grown it to multiple millions $ in ARR in 6 years with over 2,500 customers around the world. Super impressive stuff.
📣 🐝 Today I'm incredibly proud and happy to announce the ScrapingBee has been acquired by Oxylabs' group.
When we started our indie hacker journey with Kevin in 2019, the goal was to reach $10k MRR, to build a life with both freedom and a bit of comfort.
It took us years

Michael got a cease and desist from DocuSign
Michael runs Inkless, a free e-sign tool and Docusign alternative. He tweeted about how Docusign sent him a cease and desist and the post went absolutely viral, getting him over 18k likes and millions of impressions. This might be one of the best “free” marketing hacks and I bet it got him a ton of new users.
I got a cease and desist from DocuSign for my free SaaS.
A couple of months ago, I saw a tweet from @awilkinson: “I just found out how much we pay for DocuSign and my jaw dropped. What's the best alternative?”
Me being naive, I thought “how hard could would it actually be to

Alex crossed $3k MRR for Picture It
Alex just crossed $3k MRR for Picture It, a super-niche Shopify app that allows the user to add live previews and AR for art stores. Alex acquired the app back in 2023 and although he doesn’t share how much he paid for it, he bought it when it was doing around ~$1k MRR. It’s safe to assume a 2-5x ARR acquisition multiple.
This morning I surpassed $3K MRR, 3x growth since I acquired Picture It in 2023 🎉
Sometimes I’ll fall into the trap of envy and fomo: seeing other founders scale to $10k or $100k MRR in short time, building large teams, etc…
But i’ve learned to count my blessings:
✅ I get

Solo-founder got acquired for $80M
Maor Shlomo built and bootstrapped Base44, a Lovable alternative that lets you “build any software in minutes with AI”, successfully grew it to 250k users, and then sold it 6 months later for $80M (acquired by Wix).
Looks like the company was fully bootstrapped and employed just 6 people at the time of the acquisition. A dream exit scenario for many of us :)
Remarkable $80M outcome:
• 6 month old company
• No external funding
• $189K in profit in May
• 250K users
• Solo founder— Ben Lang (@benln)

$75M ARR in 7 months
Lovable just reached $75M ARR in just 7 months since launching. That’s like adding over $10M ARR every month. Insane growth. Although I think it’s now safe to say that Lovable is no longer a “tiny startup”.
Lovable just reached $75M ARR in 7 months since launch!
I'm insanely grateful to the team, users, and everyone supporting us.
P.S. we need more senior engineers to help us shape the future of software.

Maddie crossed $14k MRR
Maddie just crossed $14k MRR for OGtool (shared above), an automated Reddit engagement tool and AI reply bot that tracks brand mentions & keywords, and automatically generates an on-brand AI response.
1 month ago, I got rejected from YC.
I told them I would double in a month.
IT HAPPENED.
From 7k to 14k MRR.
Here's what actually moved the needle:
