😻 Posts We Loved This Week
And more updates from the community…
1. Marie hit $4M ARR with Tally
Tally is a simple form builder and indie alternative to Typeform. Though it’s not really a “Tiny Startup” anymore, Marie shares some incredible lessons in her post and what it takes to grow a bootstrapped startup to $4M ARR with a tiny team.
P.s. I’m a very happy customer of Tally and have been for 3+ years now.
We bootstrapped @TallyForms to $4 million ARR with a tiny team and simplicity as our moat.
Here's how we got here:
1️⃣ Pick a crowded, boring industry with low NPS
2️⃣ Target a specific audience (and ignore the rest)
3️⃣ Talk to users constantly

4. Ben is selling Lorelight
Lorelight is a GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) platform that helps businesses improve their visibility in ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. Benjamin launched it a few months ago and it’s currently pre-revenue. He’s interested in a quick sale so he can focus on his primary project. DM him your offer if you’re interested (let him know you heard about him on Tiny Startups if you do).
I'm shutting down Lorelight. Here is why:
A few months ago, I launched Lorelight—a GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) platform to help businesses improve their visibility in ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.
The tool worked. Some customers saw results. But I'm shutting it down
