😻 Posts We Loved This Week

Here’s what stood out…

------

1. Stripe announced some BIG news

Stripe recently introduced verified revenue metrics for all merchants using the platform. Say goodbye to all those fake revenue claims and MRR grifters who lie their way in the community. You can now share verified MRR snapshots directly from your Stripe dashboard with a public link.

2. Making $2.5M in ads per episode from a Podcast

AcquiredFM is a rather popular podcast that talks about the playbooks that built some of the world’s greatest companies, and how you can apply them to your business.

I recently learned that they make over $2.5M in ads from just a single podcast episode. Everyone’s busy building a SaaS while some insane opportunities in content exist and get overlooked.

3. David hit $3k MRR with Shipper

Shipper is an indie hacker alternative to big boys like Lovable and helps you build apps by chatting to AI. It took them 3.5 months to cross $3k MRR, although having a sizeable audience on X (over 15k followers on his co-founder Daniel’s account) probably helped. Most of their traffic seems to come from SEO, Reddit, and launch platforms.

4. Joshua made his first sale

Joshua made his first sale for Sabo, a Next.js boilerplate and SaaS starter kit.

5. Val crossed $50k in all time revenue

Val just crossed $50,000 in all time revenue for BlogMaker, a tiny SaaS that uses no-code to help you build an SEO optimised blog in minutes.
